Adopt Resolution No. 05-2021: 2021 STIP Amendment for Reprogramming of 99W & Gyle Road to South Main Street & I-5 Overcrossing (PPNO 2569).

Tehama County proposes to delay Construction from the 2021/22 fiscal year to the 2022/23 fiscal year. Reprogramming and amendment of STIP funding will go before the California Transportation Commission for noticing at the May 12, 2021 meeting. Delaying CON programming will align the construction with the current E&P/PS&E schedule, as well as Caltrans' State Highway Operation and Protection Program (SHOPP) fund programming for shared contribution to CON. Cost increases are currently anticipated to be minimal and may be addressed with the balance of other fund programming. Senior Civil Engineer Jessica Pecha is presenting this item and will be available for questions.
