BACKGROUND INFO

Tehama County Transportation Commission requires a technology maintenance agreement to support the information technology infrastructure.

Staff is currently working on a Request for Proposals (RFP) for technology support services, however, the process will not be completed prior to the expiration of the existing contract extension.

Staff is requesting to amend the existing contract in order to prevent disruption of IT services during the solicitation process which was delayed due to a change in County Counsel staffing.

This Amendment will also allow Obsidian IT to renew staff's licensing for Adobe products, which are set to expire in May.
