Approval of the new Tehama Rural Area eXpress (TRAX) ticket disclaimer regarding lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
BACKGROUND INFO
This is a disclaimer for the other agencies and individuals who purchase tickets using our ticket order form.
Currently, on all order forms and tickets it reads as follows:
***No refunds -All sales are final***
The addition of the new disclaimer on the order form will specifically define the rules.
Staff recommends the addition of the ticket disclaimer to the order forms to supplement the existing disclaimer for tickets.
