BACKGROUND INFO

This project utilizes the remaining High Priority Demonstration funds originally programmed for the Flores Avenue Access Road to the Interstate 5 Interchange with South Main Street in Red Bluff as approved by Federal Highways Administration.

Public Works proposes the improvement of South Main Street within the City of Red Bluff and a larger road reconstruction project beginning at Gyle Road on 99W as funds allow.

The intent of this RFP advertisement is to obtain the services of an engineering firm to design the City of Red Bluff I-5 Interchange improvements and assist the County with prioritizing reconstruction of 99W as construction funds allow.
