a) NOTICE OF COMPLETION - Request approval and authorization for the Chairman to sign the Notice of Completion for the Public Works Fleet Maintenance Shop Heater Replacement Project as completed by Mike's Heating & Air, Inc
On February 7, 2017, the Board approved Agreement No. 2017-32 with Mike's Heating & Air, Inc. in the amount of $28,490. The work was completed on March 2, 2017 in accordance with the project requirements and specifications. The work was completed on time and within budget and the Director recommends final project acceptance.
